عند وصولي إلى الفندق بتاريخ 14 نوفمبر بعد الساعة السادسة والنصف مساءً، أتقدم بجزيل الشكر لموظف الاستقبال على استقباله الراقي المليء بالحفاوة والأدب والاحترام والابتسامة الجميلة. كما أشكر من ساعدني في حمل الشنط وإيصالي إلى الغرفة بكل لطف. وأخصّ بالشكر موظف الاستقبال الذي ساعدني فورًا في تغيير الغرفة، وقدم لي النصائح المناسبة بكل تعاون وقدر كبير من الاحترافية. كما أتوجه بالشكر لعمّال الغرف ولكل طاقم الفندق في مختلف الأوقات على جهودهم وخدمتهم المتميزة. --- بالنسبة للمطعم أتقدم بالشكر للأستاذ يوسف مدير المطعم على ما وجدته من اهتمام كبير وتقدير منه ومن جميع طاقم المطعم. كما سعدت بترحيب الأستاذ محمد عند دخولي إلى الفندق، وابتسامته الدائمة لي ولكل الضيوف، مما يعكس مستوى عالٍ من اللطف وحسن التعامل. --- تقييم عام الفندق نظيف جدًا، وموقعه ممتاز وقريب من الساحل، ولمن يحب الذهاب إلى الكورنيش يمكنه الوصول إليه بسهولة وفي وقت قصير، بحكم قرب الفندق من البحر. --- Upon my arrival at the hotel on November 14th after 6:30 PM, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the reception staff for welcoming me with great warmth, courtesy, respect, and a friendly smile. I also appreciate the assistance of the staff member who helped carry my luggage and escorted me to my room with kindness. I would like to especially thank the receptionist who immediately assisted me in changing my room and provided me with helpful advice in a very professional manner. My thanks also go to the housekeeping team and all the hotel staff for their consistently excellent service. Restaurant Section I extend my appreciation to Mr Abu Yousef, the restaurant manager, for the high level of care and attention I received from him and from the entire restaurant team. I was also pleased with the warm welcome from Mr Abu Yusif upon entering the hotel, whose constant smile towards me and all other guests added a pleasant touch to the experience. Overall Review The hotel is very clean, and its location is excellent—close to the coast. For those who enjoy going to the Corniche, it is easily accessible in a very short time due to the hotel’s proximity to the seaside. We stayed two nights at this hotel which is located along Al Iskandariyyah street very close to the Middle Corniche. The hotel has a parking area where the parking spaces are in pairs between the columns but their are very small so that each car occupies two spaces. However, availability is good and we had no problems parking (there is also easy parking along the road). Despite having arrived very early we were given the room which was large, with a good bathroom (which need soime renovation) and wifi service. One or two more electrical sockets should be placed in the room for recharging cell phones and a camera. The buffet breakfast is really excellent and with a lot of choice. In the evening in less than 10 minutes on foot we went for a walk to the Corniche. Even if we had to change room the second night due to a problem with the code lock on the door, we certainly give a very positive opinion and recommend this hotel both for the above and for the good value for money.

Stayed two nights on a tour. Reasonably quiet location. Spacious room. Amenities included mini-fridge, electric kettle and laptop-size safe. Sufficient number of power outlets. There were a few things in need of attention: the door latch was broken and the closet door didn't slide. A/C was extremely loud. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom with everything in working order. For unclear reasons, my room didn't get cleaned on the second day. I called when I got back (~19:00) and they sent someone up who at least cleaned the bathroom and replenished all supplies. Very slow wifi with frequent hiccups. Breakfast buffet with good selection.
