The experience began even before I arrived, with a thoughtful message from the hotel team inquiring about my arrival preferences and any special requests. This proactive approach made everything seamless and effortless from the very start. Upon arrival, I found the parking conveniently available, and the check-in process was exceptionally smooth, professional, and warmly welcoming. The team greeted us with genuine smiles, reflecting true luxury hospitality. The suite was absolutely stunning — immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and impressively spacious, with every amenity thoughtfully arranged to ensure maximum comfort. Every detail spoke of refinement and care. What truly stood out was the responsiveness of the staff; calls were answered from the very first ring, demonstrating remarkable attentiveness and efficiency. The pool area was serene, sunny, and perfectly maintained — a peaceful retreat that elevated the entire stay. Breakfast was another highlight, offering an extensive selection of high-quality options, with attentive and helpful chefs who ensured a delightful dining experience. Cafe Milano was particularly special — elegant, calm, and sophisticated. The waitress there embodied the essence of luxury service: gracious, attentive, proactive, and exceptionally well-trained. Her approach added a personal and memorable touch to our dining experience. None of this would have been possible without the remarkable leadership of the Director of Operations, Mr. Ahmed Al Kadie. His magic touch is clearly reflected in every aspect of the hotel’s service. His dedication, attention to the finest details, and genuine care for guests elevate the entire experience to an extraordinary level. The Galleria Jeddah Curio will undoubtedly be my favorite hotel whenever I stay in Jeddah. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for delivering such an exceptional and memorable experience.

Energized and recuperated before flying back to KL, I had a smooth and comfortable stop at Curio Collection by Hilton – Galleria Jeddah. Thank you for the room upgrade to the One‑Bedroom Deluxe Suite — a spacious layout with a separate living area, small dining table, guest bath, and a bedroom with ensuite bath and tub. The hotel’s stunning Galleria-inspired design, with its grand atrium and luxury retail ambience, really sets the tone the moment you walk in. I had access to the Executive Lounge on Level 7, serving afternoon tea and a superb nightly dinner. The Arabic rice with lamb, chicken, and fish was genuinely epic. Breakfast at the main coffee house offered a decent spread, supported by a friendly and attentive team. There’s also a pool and bar on Level 7 for guests looking to unwind. Getting around was easy with Uber, though being on the main street means traffic can get congested at times. Overall, a pleasant and well-rounded stay. Thank you to Exec Chef George and the F&B team — Sheila, Abdullah, Grace, Jhurairah, Albert, Saber, and Motaz — for the warm hospitality.

First Impressions The Hotel Galleria in Jeddah immediately impresses with its grand architecture inspired by Milan’s Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, giving guests a sense of luxury and elegance from the moment they step inside. The lobby is spacious and beautifully designed, setting the tone for a refined stay. However, once the initial awe wears off, the experience feels much like a regular hotel stay. Check‑in was straightforward, though communication with staff was minimal. After our luggage was delivered, we explored the property: the hotel stretches long from one end to the other, with a rooftop pool and restaurant on the 7th floor, plus a couple of other dining options inside. Rooms Our connecting rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, but the view was less impressive. Despite being described as “city views,” the windows faced a side street and directly into an office building across the way. Guests are advised to keep the net curtains closed for privacy — even the hotel places a sign on the window about this. For a true city view, you’ll need to head up to the rooftop pool. Location The hotel sits on Prince Mohammed Bin Abdul Aziz Street, a vibrant area often compared to Singapore’s Orchard Road (on a smaller scale). It’s an up‑and‑coming district with a wide variety of American chain restaurants such as Fuddruckers, Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Chang’s, IHOP, and Texas Roadhouse. To cross the main road, you’ll need a taxi or a 10–15 minute walk to the nearest crossing. Nearby, you’ll find Marks & Spencer, Next, pharmacies, beauty stores, and clothing outlets. To the left of the hotel is Jeddah Vibes, a new development with trendy shops and restaurants. Further down are luxury fashion boutiques like Chanel and high‑end chocolate stores. Behind the hotel are more casual eateries (Subway, Dunkin’ Donuts, Baskin Robbins), local food spots, and a large Danube supermarket. Getting an Uber from the hotel is quick and easy. Hotel Galleria impresses at first sight with its grand design and prime location on Prince Mohammed Bin Abdul Aziz Street. While the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the views and overall experience felt fairly standard. The surrounding area, however, is a highlight — packed with international restaurants, shopping, and easy transport options. A good choice for convenience and comfort, though not particularly memorable beyond its architecture."
