“The best customer service in the world”
Hotel is nice, but staff - excellent. All employees we spoke to were so helpful, kind and trying to do everything for their guests. Definitely stay here if you are in Nis. It is not close to the center, but place is quiet and nice. Breakfast is huge and tasty. And private spa! 🙂

“Suited for a 4-5-day business trip but not for a longer fun stay”
The hotel is suited for a 4-5-day business trip. Rooms are clean but a little small. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is OK but nothing spectacular. Restaurant is too small and reminds me of a business canteen.
