“Very good hotel and attentive stuff”
Very good hotel, good breakfast, very attentive staff. Everyone speaks English fluently, which is great. Location is not central, but very convenient to observe Belgrade. Room was large and comfortable. linnen was clean, beds very comfortable.

“Nice, but...”
Quite a nice hotel, but not good enough for Hyatt. And the smell of cigarettes is too strong (local laws, I understand, but ...). Excellent beds and linens, quality cosmetics, but a destroyed battery... Not too attentive to details.
