I don’t have the words to express just how happy we were with our stay at Constance Ephelia Seychelles. I know this review is a little late, but I genuinely couldn’t let any more time pass without sharing how incredible our experience was. A very special mention has to go to Asumani, as well as all the wonderful butlers, guest services team, and every single member of staff who went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. The warmth, kindness, friendliness, and attention to detail from the team made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Everything about this hotel was exceptional the food, the atmosphere, the service, the rooms, and the cleanliness. I honestly cannot begin to tell you how much this hotel is worth. It is one of those places where you leave already wanting to come back. And for families, it is simply amazing. My kids had the best time ever! There is genuinely something for every age and every member of the family. From paddle turtle-feeding and squash to zip-lining, boat rides, water sports, incredible food, different cuisines, and the most amazing dinner buffets my kids actually looked forward to dinner every single day! What really stood out to us was how much there is to do while still feeling like you’re in a beautiful, peaceful paradise. Every day brought something new, and the whole family was entertained and happy. The staff deserve another special mention because they truly made the hotel what it is. Their warmth and genuine hospitality made our stay feel so personal and special. Honestly, I cannot recommend Constance Ephelia enough. We had such an incredible time, created the most beautiful family memories, and left feeling genuinely so happy and grateful. Thank you to Asumani, the butlers, guest services, and the entire team for making our stay so unforgettable. We recently came for breakfast with our extended family, a group of 14 including our mother, children, and cousins, and we had a wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and local specialties. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and ensured our large family was seated comfortably. The beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere made for a memorable morning. We look forward to returning soon.

“Amazing and unforgettable vacation”

We had such a wonderful stay at Constance Ephelia Seychelles. The resort itself is beautiful, the location is amazing. The resort has two distinct beaches, which you can enjoy the sunset and sunrize in the different directions. With half board reservation, you hqve a variety of restaurants to enjoy your dinner, not one, not two but more than 4 with different cuisines. What made our stay even more special was the amazing staff. I especially want to mention Sampa, who was extremely helpful and kind from the beginning. He helped us book all the activities and made sure we knew about all the things we could do around the resort, so we didn’t miss anything. He guided us with everything and was always there whenever we had a question or needed help. Sometimes it’s the people who make the experience memorable, and Sampa definitely did that for us. Thank you to Sampath for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back again! ❤️

“Excellent and an annoying discontent.”

Someone mentioned that full occupancy is about 900 or so guests! That being the case – we found it absolutely incredible that we never found … more

Firstly we found Ephelia in the Seychelles to be an excellent resort! Didn’t realise that it was just so large - and could accommodate so very many guests! Someone mentioned that full occupancy is about 900 or so guests! That being the case – we found it absolutely incredible that we never found any crowded areas or facilities whatsoever! Be it at the restaurants, the swimming pools, the beachfront, the loungers etc etc. This both at the North and South sides! The Resort seems to just ‘swallow’ people – this said in a most positive way! We found the buggy system to be absolutely amazing – running so regularly throughout the resort! The restaurants were great – lots of variety, and all just so well run in every respect! The food at Ephelia most certainly surpassed our very high expectations! Lots of restaurants - all themed. And all of them were terrific! What struck us additionally was the staff at Ephelia! Across the board they were excellent, most courteous and always available to assist in any matter. This was experienced across the board - from the person raking the leaves, all the hospitality and support staff! Most impressive – and clearly very well trained across the board! That said - must give a special mention to - Prabu and Perry at Adam and Eve, John at Cyann, Ellie and Mr Bxlon on the buggies, Brandon at the pool, Kamang at the Spa and a host of others - too many to mention. So far a very glowing feedback – however moving on there are certain aspects that were conceivably not quite up to expectations . Firstly - the accommodation. Servicing was excellent- room makeup, cleanliness etc were perfect.. However – we did find the rooms could do with some sprucing up! Also - to be flagged that there is no connection plug to accommodate the ability to charge smartphones - so a big hint take your own with you - otherwise you may just have to charge your phones at a communal charging point at reception ! Our invoice for our visit did include this rider -Renovation from 12 Jan to 16 Dec 26 : The Constance Ephelia will be increasing inventory of Senior Suites at the hotel (North beach). The area concerned will be closed off to minimize disturbance to guests. Nothing was said about the construction noise on the South side that we had to endure at our junior villa in the 200 section. There was continuous sawing, grinding, banging away from about 915 - 545 pm every day. (Except Saturday – our last day) And this was most certainly not the quiet ambiance we were hoping for to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary during our one week stay at Ephelia. On complaining - the alternatives offered were not suitable in terms of relocating and we just stayed and endured! Towards the end of the stay the noise was becoming unbearable and a note was sent to Stephane Duchenne the Resort Head who passed this on to the Hotel Manager Mr Daryanani. He arranged that a key executive Mr. Vladimir Dome was designated to make our last day such a memorable one – which he graciously did in arranging a Spa visit and a most memorable final meal at Cyann. Most appreciated Vladimir! He was truly great - but it was most unfortunate that senior management only got involved so very late in our stay - this despite continuous complaints about the noise which seemingly were never escalated internally ! In summary, as indicated – a mixed bag. Mostly good – actually very good! And would have liked to have awarded a 5 star rating in this review. But one star (at least) must be deducted for that noise!!!! Final summing up ……. Excellent and an annoying discontent.
