We have stayed in the studio of Villa Kass. The kitchen is very well equipped, you have totally everything what you need. The bed is very comfortable. Lovely view from the balcony overlooking the bay of Anse Possesion. Small shop is near by. Strategic location between Anse Lazio and Anse Volbert. The host is very nice, friendly and helpfull.

“Could not have asked for a better apartment”

The villa is in Baie St Anne. The apartment is beautiful and clean. If you are a couple, request for the ocean view apartment at the top. It has got an ocean view. The apartment is spacious with all the amenities (recheck with the host once though).

“Good budget accommodation, the 'Apartment' was a bit of a let-downer though”

We stayed as a party of 5 in Praslin and had booked 1 villa advertised as 'Apartment' on various booking sites. It mentioned 1 double bed, 1 large double bed and 1 sofa bed. We stayed as a party of 5 in Praslin and had booked 1 villa advertised as 'Apartment' on various booking sites. It mentioned 1 double bed, 1 large double bed and 1 sofa bed. While this was accurate, the thing that let us down was that the first double bed was in the attic which was a very small space. And with a single AC for entire apartment and Praslin weather, it was very difficult for people to sleep in the attic. In addition, the AC refused to cool and seemed in need of servicing. Internet was also an issue as it was very choppy and we could only catch a signal in few areas in the villa. The speed was also extremely slow - something that is not Praslin wide and we found much better Internet elsewhere. However, for a party of 2 or 3 - this would be a perfect accommodation as the villa in itself is quite big with a nice living room, a fully equipped kitchen that had microwave, water heater, refrigerator, all cutlery and pots and pans. The outside patio was nice to just sit and relax. There was enough parking available for 3 cars since the owner has 3 apartments to rent out next to each other. The owner Natasha was extremely nice person and came multiple times to check on us during the stay and was very cordial. She even let us store our luggage in her mother's apartment beyond check out time. The location of the villa is quite good with just a 5 minute drive to main Cote D'Or area where you can find lot of restaurants and a mere 15 minute drive to the popular Anse Lazio beach. If you don't want to travel that far, the sea is just a stone's throw away and 'Anse Possession' beach is right in front of the villa (<30 secs walk). If you happen to book the Sea View studio in one of the other apartments, you will even have a nice sea view as the Villa Kass is located on high ground. So while the 'apartment' does not feature that view but Villa Kass has that option available. At 120 Euros a night, our apartment was quite a steal and we got what we paid for. We would have been happier had we known about the 'Bed in the attic' which is visible in the photos posted by me. There are similar and better options with full 2 bedrooms in similar price range with breakfast nearby that offer privacy but might not enjoy same sea proximity as Villa Kass.

Our stay at Villa Kass for 2 Nights and it was a pleasant one. The Villa is beautiful and located right on the main road .There's a small beach just across the road. The owner Natasha was kind and helpful. We stayed at the ground floor of the villa and it was adequately spacious for two of us.Although the villa has another floor on top but there is a separate entry/exit for that floor so there will be no interference at all. There's a grocery shop within walking distance although its a steep climb.Also there is a car rental shop next to the villa . Renting car is highly recommended in Praslin as public transport buses are limited and frequency is very less. Overall its a decent budget villa to stay . Recommended .
