“Pleasant, helpful staff, clean room, great food”
Staff were exceptionally, helpful, friendly and understanding. Bedroom and bathroom were clean. Evening buffet menu was varied, tasty and excellent value. Breakfast the same! Hotel was uphill from ski area but accessed via bus or taxi. Mountain-view from room was stunning! Would highly recommend!!!

“Some good points but mainly bad unfortunately”
Positives. Amazing view, great shower, comfortable beds, reasonable breakfast. Negatives. Hard to find (even with Google maps) and a 30 minutes walk from the centre. There is a shortcut from the back of the hotel which cuts the time down to around 15 minutes but we weren't told about this until we… more

“Not what I expected really...”
I have stayed at many hotels in Sierra Nevada and do tend to get there around 4 or 5 times a season, so was excited to visit a new hotel. A bit disappointed really... I knew it was going to be a long way from the centre (although in reality its not) but it is difficult to get there with skiing kit … more
