Very professional organization. Everything runs very smoothly. At the same time it has a very individual approach. They can’t do enough for you. Particularly the reception staff. What a wonderful hotel. Very good located and nice restaurants and spa. Also the staff was very friendly and gave us the 5 star feeling. Special thanks to Marta at the reception. She helped us with some extra questions. Gave us a big smile :-)
