★★★★★ Our Best Stay Yet at Equarius Villas We have returned to Resorts World Sentosa every summer for many years, mainly because of its convenient access to Adventure Cove Waterpark. Over the years, we have stayed in the Ocean Suite several times, and on this visit, we booked a one-bedroom villa with a private jacuzzi and direct access to the enormous shared pool. This was, without question, our best stay yet. We noticed significant improvements since our visit last year, particularly in the efficiency of the arrival and departure experience. In the past, the lobby could become congested, resulting in longer wait times. This time, everything was seamless. At around 1:00 p.m., we received a call informing us that our villa was ready. The team arranged a buggy pickup from Hotel Michael and handled our villa check-in smoothly and efficiently. Communication through WhatsApp was excellent. Responses were consistently quick, and there was always someone available to assist with our requests. The villa itself remains a wonderful product, but what truly made the difference this year was the exceptional team. Special recognition goes to Butlers William, Charles, and Willy, as well as the entire butler team. They were attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable. We especially appreciated the turndown amenities and attention to detail, including mosquito coils placed around sundown, extra bottled water, and insect repellent for us to take along. My wife is allergic to mosquito bites, so these thoughtful touches were particularly meaningful. We would also like to thank the Chairman for approving buggy transportation to the front entrance of Adventure Cove. Previously, guests could only be dropped off at the rear entrance, so this change made the experience much more convenient. The service continued even after checkout. We left our luggage at the hotel for collection later in the day. When we were ready to retrieve it, the team kindly delivered it to Hotel Michael instead of requiring us to return to Equarius Villas. That level of consideration and flexibility was greatly appreciated. From check-in to checkout, the entire experience was smooth, seamless, and incredibly well coordinated. We have no complaints—only one friendly suggestion regarding the new butler uniforms. While the new uniforms look formal, upscale, and polished, they appear better suited to an indoor, air-conditioned luxury city hotel such as a Ritz-Carlton or Four Seasons. They do not quite reflect the relaxed atmosphere of a tropical resort. More importantly, the butlers appeared very warm and uncomfortable while working outdoors in Singapore’s heat and humidity. Having worked as a hotel executive for more than three decades, I have learned that a uniform is almost like a second skin. Employees perform at their best when they feel comfortable, confident, and appropriately dressed for their working environment. A lighter, more breathable resort-style uniform could still look elegant and luxurious while allowing the team to move comfortably between villas, buggies, pool areas, and outdoor walkways. The team works extremely hard, and their comfort should be considered alongside presentation. Overall, this was an outstanding stay. The improvements were clearly noticeable, and the service from the villa team was truly incredible. We look forward to returning again next summer.

The staff are helpful and pleasant and always smiling. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Our villa came with butler service. The service provided indeed is worth 5 stars. The room is big and comfortable and we enjoy our stay.
