Staff is very polite,cool and understanding. Especially ms hershiel,she provide us best view room and complimentary gift for waiting us for 5 mins for best suited room. Thank to hershiel for making our trip more memorable.

Staff were lovely. Room was TINY - struggled to open our suitcases. Shower also felt like it could use a decent clean, Great location for a short visit - easy to get around and lots within walking distance. Check in was a bit tedious, as we were told our room would be ready at 1pm then we came back… more
