Rosie in housekeeping always had my room looking lovely at the end of the day. It was so nice at the end of the day to come home to such a clean room and beautifully made bed. The hotel is located close to a lot of restaurants and the MRT. The rooms are clean and the service is good. Was able to try out the lounge on the 27th floor.
