Hotel and it's staff absolutely outdid themselves during our stay. The room was clean and layed out well (minor gripe with the TVs, they had a lot of static and don't have an HDMI connection) The Hotel is layed out well and there wasnt a point where we got lost. The breakfast buffet was tasty and very clean. Big shoutout the the staff, especially Sasi who absolutely blew our expectations away at the Tandoor restaraunt attached to the hotel. The Tandoor restaurant in general was amazing, the place was absolutely spotless and the food was incredible. We asked for extra spicy and we got the perfect level of spice where it was hot but didn't take over the dish, the chef is a keeper. Thank you, it was a pleasure to stay here.

We stayed at the hotel twice during our trip, for 2 days each time, and had a wonderful experience overall. The Indian restaurant, Tandoor, is excellent and we ended up eating there quite frequently. Hotel guests also receive a 20% discount, which was a nice touch. We were able to get an early check-in during our first stay — special thanks to Darren at the Front Desk for arranging that — and during our second stay we received a room upgrade, which we really appreciated. The hotel is very well located, with most major tourist attractions easily accessible. The pool is nice, although families with kids should be a little careful as there is a sudden slope in the middle (clearly marked by the hotel). There was some minor noise from ongoing renovation work, but since we were usually out during the day, it did not affect us much. Breakfast was good overall, though it gets quite crowded later in the morning, so going early is advisable. I would suggest introducing a token/request system for dosas as well, similar to the very efficient setup they already have for eggs. The cereal selection could also be improved. The live pancake-making machine was a fun and interesting addition. The base room category is decent, while the next-level rooms are much more spacious and include a bathtub. If possible, I would recommend requesting rooms facing the main road, as the view is better from that side. The concierge staff were very helpful with luggage and general directions, and checkout was super fast both times. The hotel’s website-based request system also works very efficiently, especially for requesting additional amenities. Housekeeping was particularly responsive during our second stay. Overall, it is a very family-oriented hotel, though they also seem quite busy with functions and corporate events. All in all, we had a very good stay and would definitely consider staying here again on a future visit.

I chose the hotel for convenience and pre departure for a cruise. I found the hotel overall satisfactory, and for ease of finding a suitable restaurant chose to stay in a business lounge access. Although the accommodation price was high, the convenience of not having to go out for a meal was a plus. In terms of cuisine it is limited, and I found the lounge to be quite cold, very strong aircon. I found the staff to be efficient and most pleasant.
