“Excellent choice”
So courteous, welcoming and helpful. Good room, lots of treats. The swimming pool is great and the gym first class. And when our flight was cancelled and we had to re-schedule, the front desk staff were so positive. And Azil/Asil at the front entrance gets a special commendation.

“A Quieter Hotel Jen”
Sister hotel to Hotel Jen Orchard Gateway but in a much quieter area with less traffic. An older hotel which had a major refurbishment a few years back. Our Deluxe Room at 25sqm is tight with a even tighter bathroom that really was only enough room for 1 person. It was nicely decorated with recess… more

“Serviceable but not more”
This hotel did the job, but would not be a place I will rush back to. Check in took over 20 minutes; there was a funky drain smell in the room; and for the price, I would be expecting more than an empty minibar fridge and instant coffee. But location was great, bed was clean, sleep quality was good.

“A suitable option for a short break”
Many positives from our stay here but I think 2 night was enough. Overall I'd recommend it for a short stay but I probably would try a different hotel in Singapore for a longer stay.
