Having transitioned away from my permanent apartment, but needing a few months until my transition home to Australia, the Le Grove Serviced apartments ticked all the necessary boxes. Was pleasantly surprised with everything and the facilities were great. I would like to especially than all the amazingly friendly staff who worked there from the staff at Breakfast through to the warm and supportive staff at the reception. Special shout out to Jesnee (Suh Fang) who was always a joy to deal with. Her support up to the day my wife and I left was fantastic. Compared to the pricing of other serviced apartment complexes near by (and I have stayed at few), the value for money was great. Our room was cleaned regularly, the complimentary breakfast during the working week was a pleasant surprise and the pool area was relaxed. The gym was also great and it was an easy walk to Orchard to groceries.

My experience at Le Grove Serviced Residences was fantastic! The property is located in a peaceful, upscale area, just a short Grab ride away (about 25 minutes) from Changi Airport and right down the road from the Shangri-La, so it definitely has a premium feel to the area. From the moment I arrived, the reception team made me feel very welcome. Tricia Yeo is a fabulous member of the team and was incredibly helpful to me, throughout my stay. I stayed in a very spacious and clean Studio Apartment that felt very light and airy. The apartment had everything I needed; a comfy bed, a dining space, air conditioning, good Wi-Fi, a TV, and a safe. The unit I was staying in, didn't have a washer/dryer, but there's a communal laundry room on the basement level (SGD $5 for a wash and the same for a dry), which was easy to use. There's also a gym, a lovely outdoor pool, and even a squash court available to book via an external company, with all those details provided. Everywhere was well air-conditioned, which was much appreciated in the Singapore heat. What made it a stand out experience for me, were the small thoughtful touches; a personalised welcome note and gift basket with local snacks, tea, coffee, milk, and water. Even the in-room phone displayed my name. It’s those little details that really make a stay feel special. There wasn’t much within walking distance, but honestly, I wouldn’t recommend walking in the Singapore humidity anyway. Grab taxis were super quick and efficient, and the property also offers a complimentary shuttle service most days with a clear schedule provided in the apartment. It took about 30 minutes to reach Lau Pa Sat Hawker Centre (which was very close to my office in Raffles Place). A bonus for me was the continental breakfast is served daily by reception, which was a lovely way to start the day. Would absolutely recommend Le Grove for business or extended stays in Singapore!

Beautiful apartment, decent space and renovated facilities. Great service. All bookings include simple breakfast so don't be fooled by platforms charging extra. Beautiful apartment, decent space and renovated facilities. Great service. All bookings include simple breakfast so don't be fooled by platforms charging extra. We actually got the best price direct from hotel. Best value of all the places we researched. Guests seem to mainly be business people with families which gave it more of a family atmosphere. Only downside would be location is only just a little far from the action. We were family travelling with toddler and infant so walking was a little hard. Nearest station is about a 20min walk along a main road. The shuttle bus is somewhat convenient but works to an odd schedule with an inconsistent route through the day so you have to be checking the timetable regularly. If you have no trouble walking it's fine but harder with kids. Taxis are very cheap in Singapore though so was not a major issue.
