“A surprise find!”

Rooms were spacious enough. Good value for money. Our unit was a 2 bedroom unit. It was clean. There were enough basic amenities. Happy that they served free coffee and light crackers at the lobby! Rooms were spacious enough. Good value for money. Our unit was a 2 bedroom unit. It was clean. There were enough basic amenities. Happy that they served free coffee and light crackers at the lobby! Easy access to SMRT. Staff were friendly. The shower doors though allowed water to get out...so maybe they can fix that. Also the kitchen was just a tad too small. Hard to move around. But overall, would plan to stay again if ever we visit Singapore.

Ideal family option and is 400m away from Havelock Metro and there are few dining options around. Very calm and decent area. Product quality is very good and staff is very helpful. However the breakfast and meals are handled by an external organization and they follow very poor meal standards and options. E.g. had rotten Banana for two days. Therefore, before you pay for breakfast look at it. Do not pay for all the days. That was one mistake we made.

My recent stay at Louise Kienne Serviced Apartment was, in many respects, a positive experience. The location is undoubtedly one of its most compelling strengths. It offers excellent accessibility and convenience, making it highly suitable for both short and extended stays. The building itself is well-maintained, and the rooms are thoughtfully laid out, clean, and comfortable. From a facilities standpoint, the property reflects solid management and careful upkeep. Service quality, however, presented a more nuanced picture. Several staff members were courteous, warm, and professional. Their attentiveness genuinely enhanced the overall experience and speaks well of the organization. That said, there were notable inconsistencies, particularly during breakfast service at the restaurant. On more than one occasion, the demeanor and manner of engagement displayed by certain individuals did not reflect the otherwise strong standards of the property. While this observation is limited to specific moments and does not apply to all restaurant staff, the contrast was sufficiently significant to merit management’s attention. In the interest of maintaining service excellence and protecting the reputation of the establishment — as well as supporting the many staff members who perform well — it may be highly advisable for ownership or senior management to conduct a careful review of breakfast service operations, including a detailed examination of available CCTV recordings during peak hours. Such a review could provide objective insight into service interactions and help ensure that guest experience consistently aligns with the property’s overall quality. Louise Kienne has strong fundamentals: excellent location, solid facilities, and capable personnel. With focused attention on ensuring consistency in breakfast service conduct, the property has every potential to deliver a truly cohesive and elevated hospitality experience.

The apartment is very clean btu overall, I would say that it is a no frills stay at a 5* cost. Some issues that stood out to me personally were hard mattresses and pillows. Noise levels depend on your luck and if you are next to someone who is noisy as the walls are super thin. The staff has been very friendly and helpful which is besides the very central location a plus point.
