Beautiful one bedroomed accommodation, close to shops and local transport. Fabulous amenities within the accommodation, large bathroom, laundry facilities on floor 2. Would highly recommend

Stayed here from 20 -22 Aug. A very warm welcome during check in, the reception staff were great! The room is clean and bright and comfortable. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and so it was equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, microwave. It’s very convenient. Overall the hotel condition and staff are great. Location can be a bit challenging for some people as we need to walk some minutes to the main orchard road. We had a great stay.

Short staycay at Oakwood Studios. Property is conveniently located and within walking distance from Scotts n Paragon shopping malls. We booked through hotel booking sites. Emails with Oakwood were also promptly replied and our questions addressed. Rooms are of contemporary designs n very functional. Kitchenette is well stocked with utensils, cutlery n serving bowls n plates. There was also a set of knives (with superior sharpness) n kitchen scissors which was excellent compared to some service apartments which we’ve stayed (only provide a dull knife). We managed to fix up some simple meals during our stay. Full size fridge means we could stock up a variety of beverages and groceries. May request for rice cooker if you need. Beds in Deluxe n 1br Premier were comfortable and firm. Decor was modern and stylish. There are enough power plugs and charging ports. Internet speed was good as we had numerous devices on at any one time. The spacious bathroom at the premier 1br apartment was really a surprise. In fact the vanity top has enough room for more than one sink. The closet is within the bathroom. We enjoyed the good pressure showers, bright lightings and ample storage space/shelves. The bathrooms (in all 3 units we were allocated) were lacking stains or stubborn mold from tiles and grout. The bathrobes (black n white) were of superior quality and exquisitely soft n light. Staff were genuine n polite, had eye contact and ever ready to assist. The team was always happy to strike up conversations whenever we passed by….be it going out or coming back from our walks with Cody (furkid) or heading out for our meals to nearby eateries. Would like to give shout outs to Diyana, Zhi Lin, Kymalie and Hoi Yin from the Front Desk. These cheerful and enthusiastic young ladies were awesome! Must thank them for the great hospitality as they made us feel so at home. Ida and Denise at Socialize (beverage n snacks area) were also extremely sweet and empathetic. We brought our breakfast to eat there one morning, they were very alert when they saw us struggling with the dispenser. They discovered that the milk had almost run out and replenished it in no time. We managed to prepare a cup of hot milk for grandma. Faez (Housekeeping) was very hardworking and thorough in his tasks. In our opinion, Oakwood Studios scored extremely well in cleanliness, location, spacious rooms and most importantly for excellent customer service!

Located 5-8 mins walk to Orchard Road, the hotel is cosy and small. Amenities provided include the basic toiletries, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. What made me choose this hotel is really because it had laundry and washing facilities on level 2. It was super convenient. Staff were ok, although some I thought looked kind of depressed and didn't sound chirpy. Before booking the room I actually called and asked if the room came with breakfast and the lady on the other line sounded rude and said "This is an apartment, not a hotel". I brushed it off as a lack of training and she has a problem communicating. I have stayed in many hotel apartments and some do serve breakfast like the Fraser Suites, Ambassador Suites etc. Rooms do not get cleaned everyday which was explained upon check in, it gets cleaned on alternative days. However you can pay extra if you want your room to be cleaned on a non cleaning day. I stayed 3 nights 4 days and was quite disappointed the Housekeeping didn't clean the mug in the sink and replenished the toiletries. Most hotel apartments do top up the toiletries. I have bumped into the Housekeeping a couple of times in the corridor and they don't smile or greet, makes me wonder if they are even happy working there. As this line of business is in the hospitality industry, I do expect some greeting even a good morning or a smile, nope didn't get that. Overall my stay was ok. Perhaps management could consider training for the front office and housekeeping staff?
