Fast check in and check out procedure. Club room with lounge benefits make the stay very worthwhile. Facilities are good, and ambience of the hotel is 100.

“Good location but needs a serious facelift.”
Great location. However the standard rooms are very tired and the place could do with an upgrade. We have stayed here before in a Club room and I think these guests are given priority to the detriment of the standard guests. “Sanctuary lifestyle.”
Room very clean and comfortable and kept well by AZZ. Things needing attention are, sink plug not working, no instant coffee sachets, no face washer (flannel), no offer of porter assistance but however the concierge was exceptionally helpful.
