Our second stay two years in a row and will stay here again in the future. Location - close to all amenities - coffee shops, multiple malls, Orchard a hub of SG, eateries galore which cater for all tastes, fantastic library in Somerset Mall on floor 2, pubs, MRT and public bus service and the list is endless. Oh, a supermarket in the same building which even sells beer on tap! Select the room with a rounded window which is either on floor 6/7. Spacious, fine kitchenette, comfortable bed, and well maintained and cleaned daily. Fine breakfast in the Crystal Cafe next to the Fair Price supermarket. Staff at this establishment are friendly, courteous, accommodating, efficient and always willing to make one’s stay a comfortable one. Expression of gratitude to Ms Coral Thong, front office manager, housekeeping and their staff and each individual we had come in contact with. Much appreciated!

“Spacious apartment living with hotel benefits”

Was pleasantly surprised to be given an upgrade to a 2 bedroom unit which was massive. 2 bathrooms washing machine / dryer. Was pleasantly surprised to be given an upgrade to a 2 bedroom unit which was massive. 2 bathrooms washing machine / dryer. Breakfast included a good selection that changed daily and the breakfast team do a great job. Supermarket on-site and minutes to Somerset MRT, Orchard Rd and food vendors across the street. Welcoming front desk, concierge and housekeeping was very accommodating. All and all a great place to stay and spread out.

“Excellent location and value”

Checked in after a long flight from NZ and went to first room to find the triple had 2 single beds and the third was the size of a toddler bed with a mattress that looked like it had been pulled out of storage after 20 years and covered in a stained blanket. Checked in after a long flight from NZ and went to first room to find the triple had 2 single beds and the third was the size of a toddler bed with a mattress that looked like it had been pulled out of storage after 20 years and covered in a stained blanket. Phoned reception to try and request another bed and were basically hung up on several times. We were persistent and finally they moved the 3 in that room to a larger room with a king and 2 singles (which they had said wasn’t available during the “discussion “.) This was pretty frustrating after such a long journey. Aside from that the hotel is in a fantastic location, walking distance to Orchard Road and Robertson’s Quay. Rooms have washer dryer, kettle and fridge. Air con was good, pool was lovely. Gym very basic but fine. Supermarket and chemist right under the apartments . Great place to stay for an extended time, has everything you need.

“Great location, close to transport and all facilities”

We stayed here for 6 nights recently. Not a cheap hotel by any means (we paid AU$323 per night), but comfortable. Positives were: (i) very close to the local MRT station (Somerset) - only a 7 minute walk; (ii) swimming pool to cool off in at the end of an adventurous day; (iii) buffet style breakfast was included, served in the Crystal Cafe; (iv) self contained small studio, with modern bathroom and small kitchenette -- a washing machine & drying rack were super handy; (v) 24 hr supermarket around the corner; (vi) staff were friendly, especially the household staff; and (vii) the Crystal Cafe served a local food buffet dinner in the evening for a good price. Some negatives: (i) the bed was a queen size and the mattress was not good for hot sleepers - I slept very poorly as a result for the entire stay (but my husband had no problem); (ii) tiles in the shower had mould growing on the grouting, which I understand can be an issue in a tropical climate, but makes me wonder how frequently that shower is scrubbed; (iii) bath towels were scratchy and some had holes in them; and (iv) bottom sheet on bed was not long enough and did not go to the end of the bed. To be honest, we had expected more for the money.
