Title: Exceptional Hospitality and a Wonderful Stay We had a wonderful stay at Orchard Rendezvous Hotel Singapore. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A special thank you to Duty Manager Vayne Goh for being incredibly helpful, understanding, and supportive throughout our stay. His professionalism and genuine care made a real difference, and he ensured that everything was taken care of promptly. I would also like to thank Dixon, who was always kind, courteous, and ready to help with anything we needed. The hospitality shown by both of them truly reflects the high standards of the hotel. Location: The hotel is in a prime location on Orchard Road, with plenty of shopping, restaurants, convenience stores, and other amenities within easy walking distance. It is an excellent base for exploring Singapore. Rooms & Value: The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Compared to many other hotels in the same price range, the room size offered excellent value for money. Housekeeping did an outstanding job of keeping the room spotless every day. Breakfast: The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to suit different tastes. It was a great way to start each morning. Atmosphere: The hotel has a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, and the staff made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Noise Level: There is currently construction taking place on both sides of the hotel, so noise levels can be quite high in rooms facing those areas. We appreciated that the hotel was completely transparent and informed guests about this at check-in. The staff also made every effort to ensure our comfort by allocating us a room at the quieter end of the hotel, where the noise was minimal. Their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to accommodate guests made a significant difference to our stay. Overall, we had a seamless and memorable experience. The outstanding service, warm hospitality, cleanliness, excellent location, and great value made this a fantastic place to stay. We would happily recommend Orchard Rendezvous Hotel Singapore to anyone visiting Singapore and would definitely stay here again.

Controversial - tempted to write a 2 star review but the 2 staff , Dixon and Samy (from club lounge) really made a difference. Cons: I will start with a few points that got me irritated with the overall experience. 1. Air Con not cold enough on hot days on SG is frustrating. Dixon helped me with the room move and he walked with me to the few rooms available and picked one that was the best (still , air con not cold enough - but I survived) 2. When asked precisely make up room time at 1 pm, I came back at 6 pm and surprised room was not made up, Rico from Operator told me - ‘housekeeping is busy and still making up rooms now, many guests asking’ - that was likely to be a lie and excuse. He came with an attitude with no sincere apology. He told me - then we send someone immediately. I told him - NO - it’s not convenient as I don’t want to take a shower with the maid around. Pretty bad experience I have to say. Nicole the manager chimed in and it was handled well and resolved at the end. 3. Laundry sent was not returned. Later found it was sent to my old room before room move. Again poor communication Pros 1. The reason why I still give a 5 stars is because of the club lounge. Not becoz of the ambience , nor the food and drink offering (which honestly is not bad) , but it’s the service recovery from Dixon, that made an impression. Not to mention, his genuine kindness and friendniess, as well as his professionalism. The staff serve your drink to the table , which could be time consuming but he handled efficiently. (Most even branded hotels , is on self service at open bar) , personally just feel bad as they only have one staff most of the time - again for management, if you were to elevate the service , please ensure you give enough support to the staff too to ensure it works. Lucky enough both Dixon and Samy. 2. Club lounge offer a good deal not just the 2 hour cocktail session, but also free 2 pieces of laundry each day. Good for business travellers Overall, Dixon and Samy added to 3 star to my 2 star review on this hotel, I simply ignore these 2 great players on the field working so hard and on a 5 star standard but I really hope the hardware , and the rest of the team catch up. Am I impressed about the hardware and service of most staff? No Would I return? Possibly , because I still want to see Dixon and Samy - probably the only reason (of all the hotel in the area I can choose) I hope management work harder to fill the gaps (starting with upgrading the air-con, or stop the cost cutting on air-con) , to impress me to write another fully deserved 5 star review next
