We recently stayed for 15 nights at Orchard Rendezvous Hotel in a family room, and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were both seamless and efficient, which made travelling with family so much easier. Midway through our stay, we encountered a drainage issue with the shower-over-tub. The front desk staff, especially Asyraf (Ash), handled the situation exceptionally well. He kindly upgraded us to a spacious family suite and provided complimentary breakfasts for the remainder of our stay, which we really appreciated. Ash went above and beyond throughout our stay. When we noticed there wasn’t a mirror above the console table, he arranged one for us so we could comfortably do our hair. He was also incredibly helpful in suggesting bus and train routes whenever we needed assistance. His friendliness and genuine care made a big difference to our experience. The housekeeping team was equally impressive. Qi Ming ensured our upgraded suite was in perfect condition, and when we occasionally missed housekeeping, the team made the effort to check if we needed toiletries or refreshments and even offered to return later in the day to service the room. That level of attentiveness is rare. David also stood out — after just one interaction delivering items to our room, he remembered and greeted me each time we crossed paths. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, making it easy to rest well after long days out. Both the family room and family suite were impressively spacious, which is quite rare for hotels in Singapore. The location is fantastic—within easy reach of plenty of shopping and food options, about an 8-minute walk to Orchard MRT station, and with a bus stop directly opposite the hotel, making it very convenient to get around. The hotel facilities were great—the pool was lovely and a perfect place to unwind. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety, including an egg station, classic options like bacon, mushrooms, and hash browns, as well as rotating local favourites such as prata with chicken curry and nasi lemak. There was also porridge and soup available. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, space, convenience, and exceptional service.

“Excellent Hotel with friendly, helpful staff.”

Brilliant hotel, central location, friendly and helpful staff. Particular mention for Samy, Dixon and Lynn who looked after line club extremely well in the Line club.

“Welcoming hotel”

Service and rooms were lovely. Restaurants were varied but not quite to the standard of the hotel and breakfast offer was in a very tired restaurant in need of refurbishment.
