“A Really Fantastic Holiday”

We have just returned from a 10-night stay at the Pan Pacific Serviced Apartments on Beach Road and can’t fault it in any respect. We were on the 15th floor overlooking the Arab Quarter with views of Arab Street, Haji Lane and the Sultan Mosque. Our flight arrived in Singapore early in the morning so when we got to the hotel it was way in advance of our check-in time. The young man who checked us in was very professional, explained everything to us and said if the room became available earlier he would let us know. They kept our suitcases for safe-keeping so we were free to go out to get something to eat and drink. We then went back to the hotel, relaxed on the floor above reception where there were massage chairs and free coffee, tea and cold water; my only small recommendation would be to make some milk or milk powder available with the coffee/tea. Well before our check-in time, the individual that had previously checked us in, came to find us, told us our room was available early and said he had taken out suitcases to the room for us. All in all, a great start to our holiday. The apartment on the 14th floor was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. A fridge/freezer, kettle, washing/drying machine, iron/ironing board, cutlery, crockery, etc. The bathroom was well appointed with quality towels and plenty of shower gel, shampoo, handwash, etc. The cleaning staff came in daily (except Sundays) and always left the room looking spotlessly cleaned. Every interaction we had with staff was always very friendly, helpful and always willing to give good advice. We found the location to be perfect for our needs, easy walking distance to plenty of good restaurants and close to a bus stop and two MRT stations. We found using the Nicol Highway MRT station for travel to the airport much more convenient and closer. We used public transport extensively during our stay, the bus-stop we used was right outside the Park Royal Hotel, which is linked to the Pan Pacific via a short linking covered walkway. All in all we had a truly fantastic holiday in Singapore made all the better by the high standards we experienced at the Pan Pacific Apartments and the professionalism and sincere friendliness of all the staff. We would highly recommend these apartments to others that are looking for somewhere to stay (far better than a cramped single hotel bedroom).

We were on the 14th floor overlooking the Arab Quarter with views of Arab Street, Haji Lane and the Sultan Mosque. We would highly recommend these apartments to others that are looking for somewhere to stay (far better than a cramped single hotel bedroom).

Wonderful location, great service and attention to details: Angela made arrival the most memorable, i booked my stay very last minute; being GHA Member, Angela arranged great suite, amenities and late check out literally in no time. Always smiling, Angela made check in process the most efficient. Diyana upon departure was the most helpful. Desk was pre-occupied with other guests, Diyana immediately made eye contact and assisted. The great team makes guests’ stay fantastic. Thank you for that!
