We satisfied during our 1 month stay in this hotel. We had a very nice view to the orchard street with very clean room on top level of hotel. Facilities such as washing machine and its dryer, kitchenette accessories, lightening in the room, sound proofing, elevators, access to street , subway, city metro and bus stations, location to main trending place in Singapore, staff and their attendant and their special attentions to us, cleanliness , comfort, internet speed, breakfast which was so amazing by their kind crew and chefs , in general from our point of view they are 10 of 10 !

“Comfortable and convenient stay”

We stayed at Pan pacific serviced apartment for a month. A special shout out to staff Lueda who is always positive and simile, welcoming and helping every residents at breakfast area. She ensures breakfast with residents run smoothly and promptly together with all the kitchen staff. Also Nur Shair… more

We stayed at Pan pacific serviced apartment for a month. A special shout out to staff Lueda who is always positive and simile, welcoming and helping every residents at breakfast area. She ensures breakfast with residents run smoothly and promptly together with all the kitchen staff. Also Nur Shairah who helped me with my heavy luggage and remember I am a light sleeper and arranged for engineers team to provide sound proofing to my apartment. I rate the service staff professionalism highly.

“Best customer service of any hotel we have stayed”

We stayed here as a family of 4 (2 young children). From the moment we arrived we knew we had chosen the perfect place to stay. The staff were the absolute best staff of any hotel we have stayed. The front reception staff were so welcoming and attentive. I would especially like to mention the cleaning lady and Leuda (I think her name is) in the breakfast restaurant. They were both so kind and caring and both made the extra effort with our children which made the experience the best we have had at a hotel. Our 2 bedroom apartment was excellent for a family as it was very large and modern. All beds were lovely and the children having a good night sleep in their own single beds made the long days of sightseeing more manageable. The kitchenette was perfect to make snacks and easy meals if the children were to tired to venture out in the evening. The pool was great and most of the time we were the only ones in it. Location was excellent with the underground train station right next door making it easy with young children. I can’t wait to stay again!

I wanted to share my experience even before arriving, because the level of service I have received so far from Pan Pacific Serviced Apartments has been outstanding. Recently, I have come across a less-than-positive review, but what truly stood out to me was how professionally and thoughtfully management responded. Their willingness to address concerns openly and constructively gives me a great deal of confidence in their commitment to guest satisfaction. I also appreciate that no place is perfect, and I’m more than happy to take a chance here based on how reassuring and proactive the team has been. Should we experience anything less than satisfactory while staying, I am certain management will address those concerns immediately. From my own experience, the team has been nothing short of exceptional (David in particular). Every email I’ve sent has been met with a prompt, warm, and highly professional reply. It’s clear that they genuinely care about ensuring guests feel comfortable and well-prepared ahead of their stay. They’ve gone above and beyond to answer my questions and accommodate my needs, which has made the entire booking process smooth and reassuring. I am especially looking forward to my upcoming stay in June, as it will be a very special mother-daughters reunion. Knowing that such a dedicated and attentive team is behind the scenes makes me even more excited and confident that our time there will be memorable for all the right reasons. Thank you to the management team for setting such a high standard of hospitality even before check-in—I truly appreciate it and can’t wait to experience it in person.
