Checking in by the young lady made it flawless, we arrived 3 hours early our suite wasn't ready we were offered the same suite on another floor which we were happy with. We stayed in a premier suite we asked for a suite away from the elevators which was given even with being on a different floor. The king size bed was huge and so comfortable. The suite was spotless exactly as shown in the photos online. The bathroom had a rain shower and a long pull down massage shower head olso a bench seat to sit on when showering water pressure great and really hot water. Towels really fluffy plenty given laundry bin in bathroom for towels if you want them refreshed at turn down service. The people who cleaned the room did a great job always cleaned early and spotless. It was our wedding anniversary and when we arrive there was a lovely chocolate cake in our suite. The view from our suite was of the pool. The pool is big and lovely evan if you don't swin the sun beds are really comfortable to lay back and read a book under cover or not. There is other covered areas near the pool if you want to relax under cover We had club benefits included in our stay so all soft drinks in mini bar were included. The club lounge on 38th floor what can I say. 1. Fantastic uninterrupted views day and night across the bay, at ngt beautiful with all. the lights. 2. The lounge has different types of seating and tables catering for couples singles and groups. 3. The club includes breakfast great selection of food also champagne if you want my husband couldn't help himself there was also the option to eat at Edge restaurant for breakfast. 4. Afternoon tea 3pm to 5pm which is like going to a small buffett hot and cold foods scones and cakes gluten free offerings also tea coffee hot chocolate soft drink. 5. 6pm to 8pm evening cocktails mocktails beer champagne wine and soft drinks another buffett hot and cold food such a variety food included vegetarian and gluten free choices also. When you step out of the elevator you are greated warmly by the team that works there and escorted to a seat and drink orders taken. My husband loved the Singapoe Slings and Margaritas champagne I like the cock zero on the rocks and loved their skinny hot chocolate. This club lounge is one of the best I have ever been in yes the buffett is great but what truly makes it is the Assistant Manager Colleen her work collegues Ramyah Nam Sugu Steve Myat Adi sorry if I have left some names out. They do an outstanding job caring respectful friendly only to happy to help with any query they make the stay so memorable and always a smile on all their faces they are a credit to Pan Pacific. They also gave us a yummy aniversary cake once again thankyou. We ate at Edge restaurant Janice the lady who checked you in greeted you with a smile and conversation she always remembered our room no 921. The food stations were Indian Chinese Singaporean Japanese Egg Station Salads cheeses pancakes waffles pasties rolls different types of bread and many more all chefs only two happy to accommodate any request where possible. There is also Keyaki Japanese restaurant beautiful grounds level 4 which has koi fish outside with waterfalls stunning. Hai Tien Lo chinese restaurant. The staff at the door when you arrived greet you with a smile and welcome you to the hotel arrange taxi pick-up for you if there isn't one there and advise how long it will be when leaving or entering the hotel they ask if you need any help with anything when checking out the same service. It is easy to get to other areas 2nd floor takes you into suntec mall and shirt walk to raffles area and bugis area marina square takes you to marina bay shopping and flowers on the dome all walking distance. The lobby is beautiful not noisy even when busy the ambience saids it all. There is not one thing I could say negative about Pan Pacific I have stayed at alot of 5 star properties in Singapore over the years with club this hotel is on another level. I enjoyed it so much I have already booked my suite to stay for Nov-Dec.
