Such fabulous value accommodation for our 8 night stay. Located with easy access to the MRT and buses, and an easy walk to the vibrant Clarke Quay. Rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and all amenities were excellent. Our 2BR 2 bath apartment had a lovely view. Pool was great for a swim to cool off. Staff were professional and ensured a friendly atmosphere. Would stay again.

We (kid, mom, dad) stayed in Park Avenue Clemenceau (81A Clemenceau Ave - UE Square), where Vijaya did welcome us 7,5 years after our last stay. We had a 2 bedroom-2 bathroom plus open kitchen-living room on floor 10 with plenty of space and more storage room than required. The shared pool was perfect for a cooling off-dip once the sun was down and it is large enough for a decent swim as well. You can't possibly beat the location next to the Fort Canning MRT station on the Downtown line with direct access to Chinatown (1 stop) and Bayfront (4 stops). Also the bus lines 64, 123 and 143 came handy. The large construction site next door did not affect the quality of our stay due to good isolation and permanently running AC. Three times housekeeping a week is enough for our type of stay and water, tea and coffee got refilled. The kitchen is OK equipped but don't expect an experience like back home. We enjoyed breakfast thanks to the good supermarket in the same building (also: Doctor in case needed!). The location provides access to Singapore River in just a few minutes so there's no excuse for not having a morning run. Vijaya made our stay memorable since she provided great personal service. Thank you for the warm welcome. If we should stay in SIN as a family again, we know where to go - hope to see you again.

My son and I had a great time at Park Avenue Clemenceau in Singapore. 1 bedroom apartment, it was very spacious for the 2 of us, had essential appliances in the kitchen including microwave, fridge and washer / dryer. The pool was a good size and usually unoccupied when we went, and good depth at about max 1.2M from memory so I didn’t have to worry about my son. Central location, there was a little mall right next door with a grocery store where we stocked up on day to day things, and also cafe for coffee and a 7/11. Taxi rank right out front but we would use the Grab app for cabs or grab a bus which were very close to the square too. There’s a big park across the road too which was good to walk around, had small playground areas and another cafe/bakery. I’m sure I’m spelling her name wrong, but we had Vijaya at front desk while we stayed and she was so helpful. Always smiling and checking in on us and even walked us to a little hawker market around the corner from the apartments as we wanted to find some local food. Bit noisy outside at times when in the pool, but that’s because of all the construction going around nothing too bad though. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.
