A massive thank you to Alfonso for such a warm welcoming and so many helpful tips. Our room deluxe forth floor was spacious, spotlessly clean, excellent quality products, quiet . Gym on the second floor has everything we needed for a complete workout. Pool on the sixth floor was also the perfect spot for a sundowner, the only problem wasn’t the hotel it was more guests leaving their wild children unattended! A luxury modern design hotel with extremely friendly, helpful staff. Thank you for a fabulous stay🙏🏻

For the price paid for, it was really worth every cent of it. From the great services provided by staffs at the hotel, to the decors of the room, the cleanliness of the room, top-notch products (soaps), overall hotel's facilities, I can see why this is a go to place to stay in Singapore, be it a staycaytion to reward yourselves or a destination to stay when visiting Singapore. I really loved the ambience of the hotel, the calmness and coziness the hotel makes me feel. To top of on that, the guest relations staffs certainly knew the top hits in Singapore -- the best places to visit and the best foods we should eat in Singapore. Special thanks to the staff: Mary Anne, who greeted me warmly, for her great recommendations given, as well as how she carries herself and the name of the hotel when I first checked in, down to when I checked out. She added a really uniquely-her special touch to my overall stay in the hotel in Singapore, and I can never thank her enough for recommending her favourite to-dos and to eat in Singapore, allowing me to experience Singapore more locally. Would definitely recommend this hotel and the staff mentioned above if you all are thinking of a place to stay in Singapore (holiday/ staycation).

From the moment you arrive, it’s clear this isn’t just accommodation, it’s a carefully curated experience where every detail has been considered and executed to a genuinely high standard. The location is spot on, right in the heart of the city, making it effortless to move between meetings, restaurants and everything Singapore has to offer. The interiors strike that perfect balance between bold design and refined luxury. It feels considered rather than overdone, and importantly, it still functions as a comfortable and practical space to unwind. What truly sets QT Singapore apart, though, is the service. It’s polished without being stiff, attentive without hovering. The team clearly understands hospitality at a level that goes beyond process and into genuine care. A standout mention goes to Kye at Cygnett Bar, who consistently went above and beyond throughout my stay. Whether it was remembering preferences, creating a welcoming atmosphere after long days, or simply being someone you looked forward to seeing in the evening, Kye delivered exceptional service. What really sealed it was returning to Singapore briefly without staying at the hotel and still being welcomed back like a regular. That level of recognition and warmth is rare, and it says a lot about both Kye and the culture of the venue. QT Singapore isn’t just good, it’s the pinnacle of service and experience in its category. Easily a 10/10, and a place I’ll return to without hesitation.
