“5 star service”
Excellent service , we book 2 rooms with the joining room but unfortunaly got full , but MARIZ give us a second option since i bring my kids so She give us a family room with the kiddies theme and one sweet room . It very good choice . Thanks mariz for the excellent services .

“Birthday staycay”
We were here to have a short staycation and ti celebrate our birthdays together, we booked a regular queen room but our receptionist, Kriscer, had kindly gifted us a complimentary upgrade to a room with a bathtub and a early check in. Our stay with royal just began but our days already made!
