“Excellent”
Very good service! The staff are so warm and accommodating. The hotel provides service of keeping the luggage for few days, but make sure you have booking once you return to Singapore. Thank you Rose for giving us a good room with city view and ensuring our luggage are delivered on time.

We arrived early with our small daughter. Rose at counter helped us a lot. She gave my daughter a bear when she was crying during check in. Room was not available because we arrived early.
