“Perfect stay”
We had a great stay at this Shangri La, everything was perfect. Our room had a nice view of the gardens, with robes and slippers provided. “Amazing food”
I made the booking online which was very easy to do. You have the option to sit inside or outside. I choose outside as I live the heat. Don't worry if it's raining as the area is covered. The staff were very friendly and food was delicious and well presented. I highly recommend coming here.

Good but not great. Staff were friendly, and the property is nice, but it's a very corporate hotel with a lot of young families (with young kids). Very average stay. Small rooms, over run breakfast buffet which was more canteen than luxury, long wait at check in and dated facilities: impersonal service.
