Stayed here for several nights and it was a fantastic experience. Booked direct and even opted for a non-refundable rate closer to arrival due to the significant discount! Booked a 1 bedroom apartment and requested for a higher level. The apartment was very spacious with a full kitchen, spacious living room, bedroom, along with a walk-in closet. Check-in has significantly improved with a pre-checkin via the app and a kiosk check-in at the property including a photo. The apartment had a reusable shopping bag as a welcome gift. The residents seemed to be mainly ang mohs, thus making the Expat Living magazine inside the apartment thoughtful. The kitchen is spacious and includes a cooktop, hood, full size fridge along with microwave. The living room had fantastic views and the apartment was very bright. I loved how firm and comfortable the mattress was. The gigantic walk In closet is a key differentiator in a densely populated city like Singapore. The bathroom has improved since my last visit as the water pressure is now excellent. Housekeeping is also now daily except Sunday which is a plus. There are self-service laundry machines on Level 5. The fire alarm did go off during my stay and I was able to confirm that the stairwells down to the main level were free and clear. The smoke doors were also properly closed. ...this is the second time I've had to evacuate the building since I've stayed here numerous times throughout the years. I did appreciate how they had an announcement via the loudspeaker stating that this was a false alarm this time.

“Wonderful Stay”

We had a flat with all amenities. Swimming pool on roof was extraordinary. Hotel located in front of Metro station, very easy to reach any place in Singapore. Clean rooms, pleasant and helpful staff. comfortable bed, large bathroom. Quiet place.

“Great Location, A Few Issues”

Great location, and mostly very lovely staff - especially May. May was wonderful. A few downsides: We had problems with the A/C - we either were very hot or very cold - as in shivering cold. Great location, and mostly very lovely staff - especially May. May was wonderful. A few downsides: We had problems with the A/C - we either were very hot or very cold - as in shivering cold. Technician didn't fix it. Towels were also an issue: each guest got 1 bath and 1 hand towel - not so practical when you may need to shower 2x a day and nothing dries because of the humidity. Some of the front desk staff would let us have a couple of extra towels, but one said we had to call each time in order to exchange the wet towels for dry towels. She said that either housekeeping had to come and exchange it, or we could bring the wet towels to the front desk. We paid a lot of money for the room, and I found the attitude a bit miserly. There is a restaurant adjacent to the hotel with Indonesian food - for dinner, they cooked a few items you could choose from. A bit spicy but they were kind to us as tourists.

Stayed in this hotel for 20 days for an assignment. The rooms are quite spacious. They have 1 BHK apartments with a small kitchenette and basic utensils and cutlery. Can’t cook much but food for basic bread toast, bowl meals. The service is good and housekeeping cleans the utensils everyday except Sunday. The roof top pool offers great view and also a small gym with basic machines and weights. There is a small kids play area as well. They have a laundromat washer and dryer but it costs around S$18 for one round. The best part of this hotel is the location, multiple bus stops, two MRT stations (Downtown Line Bencoolen and Circle Line Bras Basah) and 10 min walking distance from Singapore National Museum and Fort Canning Park. The property is a little aged and that is visible in the room and all facilities. The breakfast is very limited and basic. You can choose to skip breakfast at hotel and eat outside at nearby bakeries. Overall a decent play to stay if you are looking for longer stay in spacious rooms with basic kitchen facilities.
