The hotel has a good location and friendly enough staff. They provided all that we needed. There were 4 of us with a 7yr old kiddo but they only provided 3 towels. So we always had to ask for an additional towel. There's no toothbrushes provided so bring your own. Hot water shower was really good and always hot with great water pressure. The toilet though is a wet toilet/shower so the bathroom will always be wet. Bring your own slippers. There's a hot water dispenser outside and you can fill a water bottle thing that is provided in the room. It's right near a lot of restaurants and the Ferrer Park MRT station (about a 5-9min walk). It's also right near the Mustafa Center if you want to buy some souvenirs and groceries etc. There's a mall right across the stree from the hotel. The hotel room and bed were ok and sleep was ok. Aircon was nice and cold. Rooms were a bit old though. And the prices for hotels in Singapore is absolutely crazy. This was on the cheaper side but comparatively still expensive to other SE Asian countries.

“Home away from home”

We have stayed at this hotel many times during the last 15 years. The staff at the Front desk esp. Yvonne are very welcoming. It may be a 3 star hotel but the room is large enough with good amenities and well air-conditioned. The linens and towels are clean every time. The room is cleaned every day… more

We have stayed at this hotel many times during the last 15 years. The staff at the Front desk esp. Yvonne are very welcoming. It may be a 3 star hotel but the room is large enough with good amenities and well air-conditioned. The linens and towels are clean every time. The room is cleaned every day. It is centrally located in Little India and is just 75meters from Mustafa Centre and many choice restaurants eg. Shakuntala, Anjappar, Nagercoil Aryabhavan, ABC, Ananda Bhavan , Komala Etc. City Square Mall is just on the right side of this Hotel which also has a large foodcourt on the top floor. There is a well maintained laundryette on Syed Alwi Road (150 meters from the Hotel). There is an awesome Durian stall at 10mins walk on Kitchener Road (for Durian lovers like us). It is close to Farrer Road Metro and close to Taxi stands and Bus transport. Ms. Yvonne is very helpful in arranging taxis at incredible value. Great place to be for short and comfortable stays.

We booked 2 triple rooms for 2 nights then switched to 3 twin rooms for another 2 nights. This was our second time here, our first was last 2018. Location: near City Square Mall and Mustafa, has an easy access to MRT Room: Small. Limited movement Price: affordable -No breakfast available -No complimentary coffee or tea. Only milk tea sachets.
