We were so pleased we chose to stay here. We rented a two bedroom premier apartment which worked really well for our party of 3 adults and 1 child. It was equipped and maintained to a high standard, and each bedroom had its own bathroom. The pool and grounds are beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast team worked hard to ensure guests continued to be looked after at very busy times. Servicing of the rooms is daily except Sundays and bank holidays and carried out to a high standard. Well situated for Orchard Road and other attractions. A shuttle bus is available although we didn't make use of it. Huge thanks to the front desk for organising a short extension to our check-out when our homeward flights were cancelled by the airline concerned.

I have stayed at various executive service apartments all over the world, and I must say that Treetops Singapore would feature right at the top. The perfect combination of a resort hotel and a long-stay service apartment, Treetops is superb. The abundant flora (in spite of being just off the very built-up and very busy Orchard Road), the 'tropical-resort like pool', the design & ambience, the quality & fitout of the apartments, the excellent breakfast and the superlative staff, all combined to make our month-long stay truly memorable. Treetops is a gem, and I am looking forward to returning soon!

Good: Location, breakfast buffet, general service Poor: - Loud noise from water pipes in the room, and ants on the room floor and carpet, and I had to request a room change. - Large card deposit in the thousand(s) required when checking in for a short stay that was not stated when booking, and when queried, the check-in clerk said it's standard practice. - Dirty or tarnished fork tines in the room kitchenette that can't be washed off. - When checking you in, they'll ask you what time you're checking out. This seemed unprofessional. Would I stay again? Only if they could provide the quiet room again.

I should start that I don't give 5 star halo reviews or low ball reviews which denigrate and could cost a business money. What I try a give is an open and honest review in which potential customers can base a sound decision to use this business. So here we go and we will start with the taxi from the airport - Changi Airport. The service was brilliant, driver was wonderful and the trip into the city effortless. In short more than what we could have wanted - very happy. Treetops From the moment we arrived, we were very happy and apart from one hiccup what we got was good honest service with a smile. The Wait Staff. The Resort essentially does 2 meals; breakfast and lunch. The food was very good but it was the effort the staff made and their efficiency was really the highlight. The Accommodation. We stayed on L1 level which my wife said was the budget option. What we got I thought was far from it. We had a reasonable size bedroom which easily accommodated the King Size bed which was very comfortable. Off that was a good size bathroom with a good shower. No issues here. From the bedroom through double louvre doors was a good size lounge room and a small but very workable kitchen. There is so much to see and do you don't spend a lot of time in the room so very comfortable. Pool Area Large and very usable. Reception Staff. Only one word required here - "Good." There was only one issue and that was with one of the drivers. We lodged a complaint. The management said they reviewed the camera footage confirmed that the incident occurred and spoke to the driver and gave my wife a result of the complaint. Not the way I would have handled it but then again I was a guest, they (the management) acted on our complaint so it really doesnt matter what I think. End of story. At the end of the day my wife and I were very happy and would happily recommend Treetops.
