“Generally excellent”
The room is comfortable and the hotel is convenient and the Sirazul and Afifah are very outstanding.The service is good and the price is normal, just the room is a little small.

I love the hotel. The rooms are small, but if you've traveled in Asia these feel pretty typical. The hotel is very clean and the location is great. I have stayed at the V Bencoolen probably 3 times at this point and my complaints always come down to the toilet paper dispenser and the lack of outlet… more
