I really love the hospitality. Yesterday the front office lady handled us very well and friendly, gave us the sense of trust and safety feeling and also being flexible in processing our room key in our rush time. Not to mention, she offered welcome drink to refresh even we missed the cakes on father's day. Today afternoon we had a big help of Mr. Jamal who took us to the exit door and gave us optimistic direction on how to walk to Arab Street. And in the evening when we went back from the walks and shopping, he welcomed us and gave us valuable direction on how to go to Harbour Front without changing line. Apparently, we should walk to the opposite direction to Litlle India MRT Station. My most faveourite part is how he shared lots of inspiring stories. I love the lesson learn he taught us implisitly, about being honest, punctual, hard work, berdoa and berusaha, use our brain to achieve our goals. I love the insight of having investment and style combination. I love the stories of the local Singaporean lives. Of course lots of best practices we can apply in our daily live later on. Meanwhile, let's enjoy the cozy bedroom and classic atmoshere. Thank you for the hospitality 😇

I came to stay here with my mum for 3 days - and must i say it did not disappoint! The location was more than convenient for us as first time singapore visitors with no idea where to go and what to do. The MRT was a 4 minute walk from the rooms and the ride was about 5 minutes to bayfront where all the main attractions we wanted to see were! The rooms were lovely, clean and convenient which we enjoyed. Though the only con was the fact that you can hear everything going on in the hall ways and in the rooms above and below - but it was nothing unbearable! The room also included all of the bathroom essentials and a fridge ! What a great value for money this room was!! We didn’t really plan any itinerary but thanks to the incredible staff we had no issue planning our days! Especially with help from Mr Jun Song - he made us feel extremely welcomed from the beginning. He helped with our bags and helped us navigate what was best to do and also provided us with some great recommendations. I honestly don’t know what we would’ve done without his help. He was so so helpful and so friendly which made us feel more comfortable being in a different country for the first time in a while. The atmosphere inside of the hotel was so welcoming and friendly as soon as we got there aswell!! Thank you🥰🥰

First time visiting Singapore with my daughter. Location was perfect for what we wanted to see and do. MRT close to get us around everywhere in around 5 mins. Quiet area for sleeping at night. A few eateries across from hotel quite a nice vibe. Rooms were descent size, clean and tidy, bath and shower with all the little things like hand wash and body lotion, shampoo and conditioner. Each day rooms serviced. Value for money we thought good for where our location was. Best of all the service that was provided by staff (special mention Mr Jun Song) was wonderful. So kind and helpful. That makes all the difference to our stay here being very special. Thankyou :)

The hotel has a pleasant heritage charm and a very convenient location, especially for travellers looking for easy MRT connectivity and access to Indian vegetarian food. Rochor MRT Station on the Blue Line is just about a 5-minute walk away, and Little India can be reached easily through the rear gate. There are also useful options nearby, including a 7-Eleven, a juice vending machine, and a grocery store opposite the hotel that offers vegetarian ready-to-eat items. Early check-in was also accommodated, which was appreciated. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Basic in-room amenities such as a kettle, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer were provided. However, the rooms felt dull, and considering the price I paid per night, both the hotel and the rooms lacked premium touches. The rooms need renovation, modernization, and replacement of the old furniture. There is also no swimming pool and no dedicated drinking water dispenser, as guests are expected to use filtered water from the bathroom tap. The biggest disappointment was the hospitality and housekeeping. We felt unwelcome throughout our 8-night stay. Communication often felt abrupt, with very little effort made to help guests feel welcomed or valued. A simple greeting, a smile, and a more courteous tone would make a big difference to the overall guest experience. Housekeeping was another major disappointment. The AC in my room was not functioning or cooling as expected. When I raised a complaint, the technician came to the room but did not make any changes or real effort to resolve the issue. Instead, he simply pulled the curtains, implying that the heat from outside was preventing the room from cooling. This felt dismissive and quite unpleasant, as if we had never used an AC before. I did not want to get into an argument, as I did not want to spoil my vacation. The bed linen was changed only once or twice during my entire stay, despite requests. I understand the need for water conservation, but at least once every two days would have been reasonable. Overall, it was not a very good stay, but an average one. I will definitely look for alternatives next time.
