“The terms are not clearly written in the booking”
When I booked with booking.com, we indicate they are 3 family members in a room. We were told the bfast is for 3 pax but when we check in, I was told only 2 pax is allowed. The 3rd person has to pay. I accept without any complain. I feel sorry for my boy who cannot join us together as a family.
