I have only the best words for this hotel and their employees, all of them were extremely friendly, helpful and positive. All services and amenities as well as condition, hygiene and atmosphere are excellent, i will for sure be back and would warmly recommend this place to all - families, romantic couples of friend groups! e.g. we were welcomed with colored eggs on orthodox Easter morning in the restaurant, although in Slovenia Easter holidays happened ca one month ago! We were allowed to use the parking lot for the whole day after we checked out! We asked for a kettle for water in the room and we got it although this is not planned service in this hotel. The food was every day very good, fresh, tasty and each day different, always with fish or veggie options, always with a lot of healthy food, e.g. beetroot and carrot juice i have not seen even in the 5 stars hotels so often, better to say extremely rarely! they have it, fresh! so if you want to feel like home (no luxury, just veeeery nice and comfortable), you may freely go there! “Nice and kind staff...good hotel overall”

Rooms are big enough and very clean. Towels were chanced every day,also trashcan emptied on a daily basis. Rooms are big enough and very clean. Towels were chanced every day,also trashcan emptied on a daily basis. Dining room is a little bit smaller than other Lifeclass hotels I was in,but I understand-it's a smaller hotel. Staff is kind and friendly. The only negative comment I have is location on a hill- 120 steps to the top :( but you can also go from Mirna to Neptun, Apollo and than Grand Hotel through the hallways (much easier). Overall: 4/5*.

The hotel is close to the beach, but it is not easy to find at first, as it is not directly next to the street, but the top building of a hotel complex. Tip: starting from the reception of Hotel Portoroz with a suitcase, you can reach it via several elevators and through a maze of corridors, but later it is easier to go up the hardly noticeable stairs next to Hotel Portoroz. The room was clean and a good size, and we were able to occupy it before the official check-in time. You have to check out at 11, which is also useful. There is a super wellness center in the complex. The sea spa sauna must be booked in advance for an extra fee. It is strange that the use of a bathrobe costs 6 euros.

I wouldn't bother. If possible book somewhere else. It's on a hill... Lots lots lots steps and like a maze to find pool in another hotel. Hard when it's 30C outside. Shower plastic wall nearly hangs out... Breakfast is poor..coffee comes with sugar....orange juice is sugary squash Hot food is cold… more

If u want to go to beach it's extra £20 for 2 beds. Parking is also £12.. overall why would u? Think I would rather stay in Croatia next time
