We stayed in the first floor room with the large balcony and would recommend the extra cost for this room. The balcony had the most amazing view of the lake and island. Walked up to Cafe Belvedere to try the local Bled cream cake and admire the views of beautiful Lake Bled and Bled Island. Nice hotel but massively due an renovation, very very old fashioned, especially the bathroom. I'm 6ft and the shower head only came up to my chest, and water went all over the bathroom.
