“Excellent facilities and lovely staff”
I arrived at the hotel at 1 am following a disastrous late flight from Cape Town and missed connection. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. “They did well for having a busload of angry people dropped on them”
I arrived along with a busload of others who had flights delayed or cancelled by British Airlines. We were all tired, hungry and clueless (BA is horrible at communications when flights are delayed or cancelled).
