“Zero complains”
All were top quality, friendliness of staff was exemplary. Just one suggestion: please consider replacing the normal hinge door with a sliding door in the bathroom, it is really difficult to get around it inside the bathroom.

“A Pleasant and Professional Stay”
We had a satisfactory experience at the hotel, with the service delivered in a professional and courteous manner throughout our stay. The staff demonstrated a high level of attentiveness and were consistently willing to assist, which contributed positively to the overall experience.
