“Comfortable”
I was very comfortable during my stay. I sleep lightly and as my room was close to the lift it disturbed me when the lift opened on my floor as it pinged every time the door opened. I asked for the room to be changed but this did not happen.

“fabulous stay”
I had made a mistake when booking rooms Cherl from the reception really helped and comforted us. the hotel was very beautiful near Mandela Square

I had a problem with aircon in my room,But the team did their best to help where possible,I needed hot air as it was cold but the aircon was slowly to heat the room they brought more blankets to warm myself
