We stayed here at the end of a wonderful, whirlwind safari trip and it was the PERFECT place to relax and unwind. The hotel is stunning, and feels like you've been transported to Italian luxury. The service delivered by staff in this hotel is excellent. If you like old school service, confident , professional staff you will like it here.
