“Exceptional”
The room service was the best, the rooms are nice, clean and spacious...the reception staff is so friendly and welcoming. I loved their breakfast buffet, the variety of food to accommodate everyone

“Amazing Stay!”
Amazing experience. Fantastic location with great restaurants. Service and personalised with true care. Rooms are great and feel homely with beautiful gardens. You would never know you are in the city which is a true escape in the city.

“Love the ribs”
This is my second time staying at the Balalaika, and I have no complaints. The team always makes me feel right at home, and the service is consistently excellent. I also absolutely love the ribs at Bull Run—they're always a highlight of my stay!
