My recent stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel Sandton was memorable in many ways, but above all, it was made extraordinary by the people whose kindness and professionalism transformed a stay into an experience I will hold in fond memory. A special note of appreciation to Rohleso. The true highlight of both my first visit during our anniversary and this recent stay has, without a doubt, been your exceptional hospitality. Your warmth, grace, and genuine care never felt procedural; they felt sincere. From thoughtfully arranging a room upgrade to seamlessly accommodating a late checkout, every interaction reflected a level of attentiveness that cannot be taught—it comes from character. You possess that rare ability to make guests feel seen, welcomed, and genuinely valued. Hospitality at its finest is not about grand gestures alone; it is about making people feel at home while away from home, and you embody that beautifully. You are an absolute credit to the team, and your dedication does not go unnoticed. I would also like to acknowledge the wonderful lady at the Business Lounge. Across my visits, she carried the same spirit and zeal. Her genuine smile somehow brightened the entire lounge and brought warmth into the space every single time. There are people whose presence quietly changes an atmosphere, and she is certainly one of them. The team at Vivace were equally exceptional—warm, attentive, and consistently welcoming. The food was delicately prepared and absolutely delicious; a dining experience I can wholeheartedly recommend. And then there is the atmosphere itself. For those whose hearts are called by skylines and city lights, there is something quietly magical here. If your ritual is finding a peaceful moment above the city—watching Johannesburg breathe beneath you as day slowly becomes evening—then this is an experience worth embracing. “Great hotel in prime location”

Very modern & nice hotel. Room very modern, nicely decorated & clean. Buffet breakfast was excellent. We had a problem with check in as the one staff was not communicative. But otherwise we enjoyed our stay there.

“My best choice for Johannesburg”

In the heart of Sandton yet super safe, super spacious, soundproof, very well-maintained hotel. They upgrade you almost every time (whenever possible) and the team are super professional and supportive.

We arrived at the hotel , no drinks was giving us , the reception was great lovely service. The food arrived cold mush potatoes the mushrooms were cold to, apart from that the steak was delicious, thank you.
