“Expected better”
Food : I asked for a medium rare steak and got a medium welldone, the also forgot the sauce, had to wait when they first have to make it and was just cream and mushroom as a souse (mushroom souce) Aircon worked for the first hour then stopped working causing me not to sleep due to heat.

The hotels location is good , next to Gateway shopping centre. Rooms are small. Unfortunately they don't cater for Vegans, stayed there for two nights , had a security risk that kept me up the whole night ( second night) . “Business stay”
Kettle was not working in room. Dietary requirements (Halaal meals) limited. Breakfast limited to fruit and cereals. Had to have lunch and supper outside. Could have a better offering for halaal meals or keep veg products away from meats/cold cuts
