“Customer care”
Excellent reception and customer service. The staff at the entrance, reception, room service staff and the restaurant as wetas the bar were Very friendly and extremely remarkable.

“Unnecessary rules”
my issue is rules that are created without taking the customer experience into consideration . There is always rules that seem to be unnecessary And I don’t see the basis for them
