“Bliss no phones”
We had 10 and it was perfect for week bladders and kitchen was wow and water tap great. And wildlife a bonus.

“A little slice of heaven!”
This was our second visit to De Hoop. We couldn't fault anything about our three night stay. Staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. We did self guided treks, the marine and lake tours and a morning bird walk. It is wonderful to wake up to the sound of birds and the sight of swallows and swifts… more

“Great stay @ de Hoop”
We had a wonderful stay at de Hoop. The nature is beautiful. Hiking & boat trip recommended. Excellent food @ the Fig Restaurant. We enjoyed every minute.

“Fantastic location activities staff etc”
The room spoiled our visit. Do not book Cloete suite 1. It has a fire place inside which smells heavily of soot. Woke up with headaches etc Also if you have an allergy be very careful. They are not taken seriously in our experience.
