Our room was a bit dark as the frosted window faced out to a wall but it had hall the things you need in a room and the bed was very comfortable. Wifi was good and AC worked fine, the AC remote is in korean but there are english translations on a poster in the elevator! The worst thing about the room was the the the toilet and shower are separate rooms so each have sliding doors that do not seal off most sound from the bed area and is actually pretty close to it because the room is small. Not a huge problem but should bear in mind. Staff at reception were helpful and spoke enough english. Laundry is available for free - you just put your own washing in the machine but there's no dryer. Okay location, 5 mins walking distance to beach. Overall good stay, loved the staff.

Noel Business Hotel is a 2 minute walk away from the main strip of Haeundae Beach and less than a 5 minute walk from the Haeundae subway station. Check in process was smooth and the staff were very attentive. We booked the room with two twin beds and it offered plenty of space and storage for two people. The hotel is in a quiet area and we had no trouble with the noise level even though Haeundae beach is a very touristy spot! Our room came with breakfast, it was simple but sufficient.

We booked this hotel based on great reviews from a booking platform but were really disappointed with it. The location was good in that it's only 5 minutes walk to beach, however it's down a narrow side street which is ot very nice and really the photographs make it look much grander than it is. Most of the staff were lovely and very friendly, there is also a basic free breakfast included of toast, jam, eggs, coffee, juice - but perfectly adequate if you just want something quick. The room was described as "deluxe" and also the description was cleverly worded to make it sound like each unit had it's only washing machine (not the case - there was a paid laundry service in hotel). There was nothing deluxe about the room - we found a hole in the bed sheets, the chair was peeling, paintwork on door and window frames in room was peeling, no proper window so room very dingy, weird door system for bathroom meant a lack of privacy which was difficult when sharing room with teenager - couldn't even cover yourself with a towel as they were the size of a postage stamp, only small hand towels provided - no bath towels, no room cleaning unless staying for more than 2 nights - which we were but this still never happened, lots of street noise (motorbikes, shouting), strong smell of smoke came through the air con system - it's a nonsmoking hotel but the smell was so strong one night that I got up to check whether there was a fire in the corridor. All of the surfaces in the room looked filthy - they were splattered with drips and stains and rings of food from plates etc. When I spoke to the guy on reception he said that was just varnish. On closer inspection someone had clearly just varnished over all of the stains! It looked really dirty even though it was clean when you wiped it. I normally try to write really positive reviews on here but honestly felt so disappointed with this hotel as itwas nothing like the other reviews, or the pictures.
