The hotel is situated at a very good location, very near to Busan Station, makes it very easy to travel around the attractions. The room is spacious and clean, The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Edgar, who has recommended a very delicious hot pork soup nearby. We will definitely return when we are visiting Busan again. Thumb up for Ramada encore, who has made our stay a memorable one :)

I stayed for three nights and loved all the space in my "studio" queen. As well as the comfortable bed with choice of pillows (I liked that the bed faced the window), there was a 2-seater lounge, nice table, desk with a chair of just the right height (plus a good lamp), and beside it further table space with a good-sized stool and huge mirror. The safe was big enough to fit my iPad as well as other valuables (this is not the case at some hotels). The TV didn't revert to the homescreen when turned off and then on - bonus! A deep bath and plenty of bench space around the sink. There was another large hotel in the middle of the view from the bedroom window, but good city views to either side of it. The Reception staff were very nice, and housekeeping was good. Bathrobes were provided. There was complimentary water and tea and coffee (instant). Just two big mugs, no glasses or other crockery/cutlery. The hotel had 4 lifts, but it took a while to get one sometimes. The coin laundry, however, was among the best I've ever used anywhere. The clothes were actually dry after the recommended drying time - that never happens! Wash only took 36 minutes and drying 45, all for the very reasonable cost of 8000 won. I didn't try the breakfast but enjoyed one room service meal of chicken wings and potato wedges which, it turned out, came with complimentary daikon, sauces and coca-cola & ice! The hotel is very conveniently located just across from the main Busan Station and the Metro (which comprises 4 subway lines, 1 regular line and 1 light rail line). There are bus stops (including for a bus which tours the city) and taxis right outside. Also heaps of eateries, small shops, patisseries and supermarkets.
