To the Management Team at Signiel Busan, I am writing to share my highest possible praise for Concierge Hwang Ye-in (황예인) following my recent stay at your property. As a traveler who appreciates high-end hospitality, I found Ms. Hwang’s level of service to be truly distinguished. From the moment of our arrival, she made us feel completely at home. Her presentation of the welcome tea was not merely a procedure, but a genuine gesture of hospitality that set the tone for our entire visit. Furthermore, her expert guidance regarding the hotel’s amenities; specifically her recommendation of the 전복솥밥 (Abalone Pot Rice) at the lobby restaurant, resulted in one of the finest meals of our trip. It was the perfect and most memorable use of our hotel credit. Ms. Hwang possesses a rare combination of professional poise and authentic warmth. It is clear that she is an asset to the Signiel brand, embodying the "refined luxury" your hotel strives for. I believe her performance is indicative of someone ready for greater responsibilities and higher-level leadership roles within the organization. “Amazing views”

We chose a Mipo Harbour view room and wow was it worth it. Waking up to motorised curtains (both sheer and blockout) was a great start to the day. We chose a Mipo Harbour view room and wow was it worth it. Waking up to motorised curtains (both sheer and blockout) was a great start to the day. Location wise it is right on the beach with numerous restaurants and shops on the ground in all directions. Also a short walk to the main shopping street and other sights. Amenities wise, they have a well equiped gym and pool which is great and all the restaurants and cafes on site are also top tier as you’d expect. Service from the staff was also fantastic as you’d expect at all points- could not fault this at all. One small detail which really sung out to me was the ability to plug in my casting device and power source into the ports on the desk next to the television so o didn’t have to fiddle around behind the television as I normally would. All these small details really add up to a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend for those looking for a place in Busan

This is a luxury hotel with stunning ocean views and top-notch facilities and amenities. It has an indoor pool as well as a gorgeous outdoor infinity pool that is heated in the winter. The room was large, modern, and luxurious. We had access to the lounge, which was very nice. Front desk and house keeping staff were very warm and professional, but the service from the fitness center staff needed some improvement. One staff member looked at his phone the whole time when I was talking to him and did not make eye contact. The pool area strangely had some security staff who were hovering over the guests in the pool which was awkward. They were clearly not life guards. They looked like security personnel. Why were they there? Overall we had a good stay.
