“Exceptional service.”
One of the best hotel experiences I've had this year. Front desk agent Young Lee was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good for Korean food.

This hotel is beautiful! Great location, very clean, amazing view, and the staff are so kind and helpful. Front desk agent Young Lee was very efficient in checking my husband and I in. I forgot to add him to the reservation and she was very helpful to fix that for me.
