The Wyndham Grand Busan exceeded our expectations. The hotel is modern, beautifully maintained and offers exceptional facilities. We travelled as a family of five and found it to be an excellent choice for families, while also being perfectly suited for business travellers. Our room offered stunning ocean views, including from the bathroom, which was a lovely touch. The gym and pool are both spacious, spotless and very well maintained. The hotel has three restaurants, and the buffet truly deserves its five-star reputation. It offers an impressive variety of dishes without compromising on quality—a rare combination. Every meal was fresh, beautifully presented and genuinely excellent. At one point during our stay, we felt that the service fell short of the standard we expected. Once we shared our feedback, the hotel’s response was truly five-star. We felt genuinely listened to, communication was excellent, and action was taken promptly. The hotel clearly values guest feedback and is genuinely committed to continuous improvement. We also had the opportunity to meet the General Manager, who shared his philosophy on hospitality. It quickly became apparent that this philosophy is reflected throughout the hotel and in the way guests are treated. Our stay in Busan was far too short, but we will definitely be back. Wyndham Grand Busan has earned our trust, and it will be our first choice when we return to the city. Highly recommended.

Just came back from a 10-day solo trip to Korea. I booked a four-night stay at Wyndham Grand Busan. I loved the location, right next to the ocean. Just came back from a 10-day solo trip to Korea. I booked a four-night stay at Wyndham Grand Busan. I loved the location, right next to the ocean. The view of the bridge and the ocean was spectacular. The breakfast buffet was a bit pricey but I enjoyed trying out all the food, especially the smoked salmon, and marinated squid. There are many places to eat and a 7-11. Rooms were spacious, clean and with great service. I ordered a seafood stew for room-service. I would love to visit Busan and book the same hotel again.

The hotel is spotless, gorgeous, and located in short walking distance to several restaurant options and attractions. Three is a lovely scent throughout the building. The rooms are clean and the staff are very helpful. One drawback is that there are additional fees to ise the pool or saunaand the restaurant options onsite are shockingly expensive. Despite having clear directions, in Korean, from staff members, can drivers regularly had trouble finding the location whixh made no sense but presented a logistical challenge more than once.

“Nice view”

Very nice comfortable hotel with a very nice breakfast buffet. There were very many Korean dishes to try. The view from the room was very nice.
