“Average hotel, with not a lot to offer.”
Average at best. We had to make a late change in plans, so decided on Daejeon for 2 nights. This was a hotel that seemed to provide what we wanted at short notice. “Convenient location for KAIST”
Modern interior and nice, comfortable rooms - looking freshly renovated. Breakfast was not good - very limited choice and cold dining area. Many shops and restaurants around the hotel, walking distance to metro station.

I regard a luxury hotel to be more than just clean sheets, scented soaps and a bathtub, although those do help.
