Is easier than ice skating and when you fall, it doesn’t really hurt. The most frustrating part is the shoes , is not fun walking with it. I took one hour to learn to put it on but now I know the trick. It will be good to allow sled ing and to have some staff around to help out rather than depend on the guide as they may be not available and we are pretty left on our own. Guide should be with beginners who needed more help and guide them through preferable 2 rounds !

A decent and adequate ski resort for young families on a budget looking for a quick 1-2 night weekend trip to give their little ones exposure to snow sports. Very accessible from Seoul - guests can easily arrive by train (ITX from Yongsan) or by Seoul Metro/Subway. My wife and I don’t speak a word of Korean, but we survived, got around, and operated fine. The staff was helpful enough. Food is passable for its price point. The chefs aren’t super skilled. But the positive note is that the ingredients are very fresh (compared to places in Seoul in general). The green veggies/salads at the breakfast buffet for example, were of excellent quality and felt like they came straight from a local farm. Roomwise, adequate is the keyword here. A few things to keep in mind if you’re considering booking: - They dont provide western-style bath towels. Only small hand towels. Chalk this one up to cultural differences, because many airBnB accommodations in Korea do the same. So if you need western/normal-sized bath towels, you’ll have to bring your own. - Each tiny single bed only comes with one soft and thin pillow. There is no extra pillow or extra blanket in the closet. More importantly, there is actually no closet.

Pros: -Landscape is nice. There's a nice garden outside you can walk around. Beautiful mountains surrounding the hotel. - Front desk staff was nice and helpful when I asked for help. -Outside of the hotel looks nice. - The cafe in the lobby had good pastries we ate for breakfast and the price was comparable to any other Korean bakery. Cons: - The inside of the hotel needs an update. - The lanolium floor in our bedroom was old and curling up on the side of the walls. -We were there May 29-30 and it was a bit warm so we tried to turn the AC but it seems the hotel might control it and it wouldn't come on. However, tt wasn't unbearable as there was a stand fan that we used in the room. - There was no shower curtain, so when you shower in the old tub, the water goes everywhere and it's slippery. Although they do have bathroom slippers, we don't really like to wear slippers that everyone else has their feet in. - The door was so old and there was a dent at the bottom that I could see the outside. - There is a sensor for the light by the door next to the bathroom so whenever you walk by it at night, it comes on and for light sleepers could wake them up. - We paid $85 with tax on agoda. com. This was listed as a 4 star hotel. I would say it's more like a motel on the inside. I don't think it's worth paying more than $50 here. - They had a breakfast buffet for W28,000 for adults. We didn't eat there as I was already not impressed with the hotel.
